Foxgloves grow throughout the reserve but can be seen in large numbers in the woodland clearings.
Black Bryony - Dioscorea communis
Teasel - Dipsacus fullonum
The leaves form a cup around the stem and rain water collects here. Insects visit and often fall in. Bacteria break down the insect's body and the plant benefits from the nutrients.
